{Raw vegan} Salata cu bulgarasi din hrisca si avocado



Chiar daca vara s-a terminat, prepratele raw vegane raman, pentru mine, pe primul loc. Astazi va arat o salata simpla, gustoasa, cu bulgarasi din hrisca si avocado.

Ingrediente:

Salata:
 200g baby spanac 2 legaturi ridichi 4 castraveti medii 5 rosii1/2 avocado mixt nuci crude

Bulgarasi:
2 avocado foarte copti
♥ 60 g hrisca ( inmuiata in apa, in prealabil, pentru 3-5 ore )
♥ susan negru
♥ putina sare de Himalaya

Preparare:

1. Spanacul se spala si se aranjeaza prima data in castron, dupa care se adauga restul legumelor taiate cubulete medii. 
2. Se adauga, in jumatatea de avocado, mixul de nuci crude (alune de padure, nuci romanesti, alune, caju).
3. Cei 2 avocado se paseaza cu furculita si se amesteca cu sare si hrisca. Se formeaza bile care se tavalesc in susan negru.

Salad:



♥ 200g baby spanac

♥ 2 radishes links
♥ 4 medium cucumbers
♥ 5 tomatoes
♥ 1/2 avocado
♥ mixt raw nuts

Avocado balls:
♥ 2 very ripe avocado
♥ 60 g buckwheat (soaked in water for 3-5 hours)
♥ black sesame seeds
♥ a little Himalayan salt

Preparation:
1. Wash the spinach and arrange it first in the bowl, then add the rest of the medium diced vegetables.
2. Add, in the avoado half, the mixture of raw nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, caju).
3. Mixed the 2 avocados with salt and buckwheat. Form the balls and roll them in black sesame seeds.
