Imi plac foarte mult genul acesta de postari si sunt si cele mai usor de realizat, de aceea sper sa reusesc sa postez macar o data pe saptamana, atunci cand am timp si pot sa fac poze.

Mic dejun - Smoothie din 4 banane mari, 2 piersici si putina apa
Breakfast - Smoothie with 4 big bananas, 2 peaches and a little bit of water
Pranz - Smoothie in castron cu 6 banane, 1 nectarina, 3 lingurite de pudra carob si pe deasupra 1 banana, 1 mar, 1 nectarina, mix de seminte de dovleac, floarea soarelui, in si mix de tarate Psyllium, tarate de ovaz, seminte de in si carob
Lunch - Smoothie bowl with 6 bananas,1 peach, 3 tablespoons of carob powder and over 1 banana, 1 peach, mix of seeds like pumpkin, sunflower, in and mix of Psyllium bran, oat bran, in seeds and carob powder
Gustare - Jumatate de pepene galben
Snack - half of yellow melon
Cina - Salata din rosii, avocado, sare si seminte de floarea soarelui, dovleac si in
Dinner - Salad with tomatoes, avocado, salt and seeds like pumpkin, sunflower and in
Gustare seara - 12 prune
Evening snack - 12 plums

Mi-ai facut o pofta ...mai ales cu prunele alea...ommmm!!
